The Adventures of Goldilocks and the Three Bears

The Adventures of Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Once upon a time, in a big and bustling town, there lived a young girl called Goldilocks. She lived in a small house with her parents and loved nothing more than exploring the world around her. One day, as she was walking through the forest, she stumbled upon a cozy cottage. Curiosity getting the better of her, she went inside to take a look around. As she wandered through the house, she soon discovered three bowls of porridge on the table - one large, one medium, and one small. But before she could think, she helped herself to a spoonful of the large bowl of porridge - but she immediately grimaced and spat it out. It was too hot! She then tried the medium bowl of porridge, but it was too cold. Finally, she tried the small bowl of porridge, and it was just right! Feeling a little peckish, Goldilocks decided to explore a bit further and stumbled across three chairs, each of which was different sizes. But before she could think, she sat down in the big chair - it was much too hard. Then she sat in the medium chair, but it was too soft. Finally, she tried the small chair, and it was just right! Feeling a little tired from all her exploring, Goldilocks went upstairs to find a bed to rest in. She discovered three beds, with each one being different sizes. Before she could ask, she tried the big bed first, but it was too hard. She then tried the medium bed, but it was too soft. Finally, she tried the small bed, and it was just perfect! Just as Goldilocks drifted off to sleep, she was rudely awoken by three grizzly bears. Terrified, Goldilocks fled from the house, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake. As she ran back to her own home, Goldilocks realized that she should have asked the bears if she could come inside and play with their things. She also realized that it wasn't polite to help herself to someone else's things without asking them first. From that day on, Goldilocks made sure to always ask permission before exploring and playing with other people's things. She also made sure to say "please" and "thank you" more often and never forgot the lesson she learned in the cottage with the three bears.
