The Happy Ghost

The little ghost, the little skeleton, and the little pumpkin were the best of friends. They lived in a spooky old house on a hill. Every day, they played together and had lots of fun.

One sunny morning, the little ghost, named Casper, had an idea. "Let's have a costume party tonight!" he exclaimed. The little skeleton, named Bones, and the little pumpkin, named Jack, thought it was a fantastic idea. They giggled and clapped their hands with excitement.

Casper flew through the walls of the house, searching for the perfect costumes. He found a white sheet for himself, a bony suit for Bones, and a big orange hat for Jack. They were ready for the party!

As evening fell and the moon rose high, the friends invited all the creatures from the nearby forest. The party was filled with laughter, music, and delicious treats. Everyone admired the little ghost, the little skeleton, and the little pumpkin in their fabulous costumes.

But as the night went on, Casper started to feel sad. "Why aren't people scared of me anymore?" he whispered to Bones and Jack. "They used to run away, but now they just laugh."

Bones hugged Casper and said, "Just because they're not scared doesn't mean they don't like you. They think you're friendly and fun!"

Jack nodded and added, "Being scary isn't the most important thing, Casper. It's more important to be kind and make others happy."

Casper smiled and realized that his friends were right. He didn't need to be scary to be loved. From that day forward, he used his ghostly powers to help others and spread joy in the house on the hill.

The little ghost, the little skeleton, and the little pumpkin continued to have many more adventures together. And although Casper didn't scare anyone anymore, he was the happiest ghost in the whole wide world.

And the moral of the story is: It's more important to be kind and make others happy than to be scary.
