The Misunderstood Vegetarian Wolf
Mike, the Big Bad Wolf, had never been popular among the other animals in the forest. He didn't fit the stereotype of a fearsome predator. In fact, he was a vegetarian and preferred salads over meat. But no one bothered to get to know him, and so, he became the villain in the story of Little Red Riding Hood.
One day, as he wandered through the forest in search of food, he remembered Grandma, who was known for her kind heart and generous nature. Mike decided to pay her a visit, hoping for a meal to satisfy his hunger.
When he arrived at Grandma's house, he was surprised to find her running away in fear. Confused and concerned, he tried to explain himself, but she didn't stop. In her panic, she dropped her slippers and knitting needles and disappeared into the woods.
To avoid scaring Little Red Riding Hood when she arrived, Mike came up with a plan. He slipped into Grandma's frilly nightgown and bonnet and pretended to be her. When Little Red arrived, she asked a lot of questions, and Mike did his best to answer them. However, when she commented on his big teeth, he finally admitted that he was a wolf.

Frightened, Little Red ran away, leaving her treats behind. Mike, tired of the drama, helped himself to the treats and then found a salad Grandma had left in the fridge and ate that too. Before leaving, he wrote a note to thank Little Red and her Grandma for the food.
As he made his way back into the forest, Mike couldn't help but feel misunderstood. If only everyone knew that he was just a vegetarian wolf who meant no harm, maybe then they would have gotten the story right.
The moral of the story is to never judge someone by appearances alone. Mike, the Big Bad Wolf, was not a big scary predator, but a misunderstood kind vegetarian wolf. If only the storytellers knew his true nature, maybe then they would have told the true story of Little Red Riding Hood.
And so, Mike continued on his journey, hoping that one day, someone would see him for who he truly was. And maybe, just maybe, the story of Little Red Riding Hood would be retold with a different ending. One that showed the true nature of the Big Bad Wolf and the kindness that lay within him.
The End
