Jillian and the Butterfly of Friendship

Jillian was a little girl who loved to play and have fun. But she didn't have any friends to play with. She felt lonely and sad. She didn't know how to make friends.

One day, Jillian decided to go to the park and try to make some friends. She saw some kids playing on the swings and slides. She wanted to join them, but she felt shy and nervous. She didn't know what to say or do.

Jillian sat on a bench and watched the other kids having fun. Suddenly, she saw a butterfly fluttering by. It landed on her hand and tickled her. Jillian giggled and the kids playing nearby heard her. They came over to see what was so funny.

Jillian showed them the butterfly and they all started talking and laughing together. They asked Jillian to join them on the swings and slides. She felt happy and excited to have made some new friends.

As they played, Jillian realized that she didn't have to try to be someone she wasn't in order to make friends. She just had to be herself. The other kids liked her for who she was.

From that day on, Jillian didn't feel shy anymore. She knew that she could make friends by just being herself. She played with the other kids at the park every day and had lots of fun.

Jillian learned that making friends was easy when she was true to herself. She was happy to have found such wonderful friends who liked her for who she was. And they all lived happily and played together at the park every day.
