Rescue in the Dino Puddle!

**Spiny and Barry’s Dino Splash Rescue** In the heart of Dino Forest, fat raindrops plopped onto the leaves and splashed into puddles. Spiny the Spinosaurus, with his big sail-like back, peeked out from behind a tree. “Barry, let’s check the sparkling stream!” he called to his best friend, Barry the Baryonyx, who was munching on a fern. They loved playing by the stream, but today something was different. The stream had grown into a rushing river, and muddy water spilled everywhere. Right in the middle of a giant puddle was their friend, Tippy the Triceratops. Her colorful frill was bright and cheerful, but her tiny feet were stuck in the mud. “Help!” Tippy called. “I was splashing in puddles, but now I can’t move!” “Don’t worry, Tippy,” said Spiny. “We’ll get you out!” Barry scratched his head with his big claws. “Hmm, we’ll have to think of a plan.” First, they found some long sticks. “We’ll pull you out!” Spiny said, handing a stick to Tippy. She grabbed it with her mouth, but when they tried to tug her free, the mud made a loud squelch. Tippy didn’t budge.

“Okay, new plan!” Barry said. He swished his thick tail through the mud, but it only splashed everywhere. “Oops!” he giggled. Spiny’s eyes lit up. “I’ve got it! Let’s make a new path for the water to flow.” The two dino friends worked together, digging with their claws and tails to create a trench. The muddy water started to drain away, and soon, the puddle wasn’t as deep. “Try moving now, Tippy!” Barry called. With one big push, Tippy wiggled her feet free. “Hooray!” she cheered, giving Spiny and Barry a big, muddy hug. As the sun peeked out from the clouds, the trio stomped and splashed in the leftover puddles. They laughed and shouted, “Best dino day ever!” And it was.
