**Sammy and Friends: The Mystery of the Missing Pearl**

Deep in the sparkling blue sea, Sammy the Squid was spinning and twirling, making happy bubbles. His friends Clara the Crab and Finn the Starfish watched from the soft, sandy floor.

“Let’s play hide-and-seek!” Finn shouted, doing a flip. But before they could start, a worried fish swam by.

“Something’s wrong!” the fish said. “The Pearl of Bright Waters is missing!”

Sammy gasped. The Pearl of Bright Waters was very special. It glowed every night, lighting up their whole reef. Without it, the reef would be dark and scary.

“We’ll find it!” Sammy said, puffing out his squid arms. “Right, team?”

Clara nervously clicked her claws. “What if we can’t?”

“Don’t worry,” Sammy said with a smile. “We’ll solve the mystery together!”

The three friends started at the reef’s center, where the pearl usually sat on its smooth rock. Clara noticed tiny marks in the sand. “Look! Something rolled that way!”

“Let’s follow the trail!” Finn cheered, bouncing along.

The trail led them past colorful coral and swaying seaweed. Suddenly, a strong current whooshed by, swirling the sand.

“Whoa!” Sammy exclaimed. “Maybe the current pushed the pearl away!”

Clara spotted a sparkle in the distance. “Over there!”

They swam closer and found a dark, hidden cave. The entrance was small, but Sammy squeezed through. Inside, he saw the pearl glowing softly in the corner.

“Got it!” Sammy said, grabbing the pearl with his tentacles.

“Yay!” Finn cheered, spinning in circles.

“Phew,” Clara sighed. “But how did it get here?”

Sammy chuckled. “I think the mischievous currents carried it into the cave. Good thing we noticed the clues!”

Together, they carefully rolled the pearl back to its special spot. As night fell, the reef lit up with its warm, glowing light again.

“We did it!” Sammy said.

Clara smiled. “We’re a great team.”

And from then on, the reef shone even brighter, thanks to Sammy and his friends.
