The Thirsty Fox and the Wise Goat

Once, in a forest, there was a thirsty fox. She roamed around the forest in search of water, but she couldn't find any. Eventually, she came across a well. The fox leaned over to take a sip, but she lost her balance and fell in!

The well was deep, and the fox couldn't climb out. She was feeling very worried. Just then, she saw a goat passing by. The fox had an idea. She called out to the goat, "Hey, there's lots of water down here in the well! Come on in and join me!"

The trusting goat didn't hesitate and jumped into the well. The fox used the goat's back as a stepping stone and managed to escape. But the poor goat was now stuck in the well! The fox scampered away, leaving the goat to fend for itself.

The goat looked around and realised what had happened. It called out for help, but no one came. After a while, the goat decided to think of a way to escape. It began to jump and jump, using all its strength. After a few tries, the goat finally managed to jump out of the well and run away to safety.

The goat learned a valuable lesson that day. It realised that it shouldn't trust just anyone blindly. From then on, the goat became more cautious about who it trusted.

The fox, on the other hand, continued to wander around the forest, looking for new ways to trick others. But the animals in the forest were now more cautious and didn't fall for the fox's tricks.

So, the moral of the story is, don't trust blindly. Always think before trusting others. And remember, not everyone has good intentions like the goat did.
