With a Little Help from My Friends

Leo was a little boy who loved to play with his friends Max and David. They would run around the playground, play tag, and have lots of fun together. But Leo had a hard time reading and spelling. He had something called dyslexia, which made it difficult for him to understand words on a page.

One day, Leo was feeling sad because he couldn't read the storybook that Max and David were reading. Max noticed that Leo looked upset and asked him what was wrong. Leo explained that he struggled with reading and spelling. Max and David looked at each other and then smiled at Leo. "Don't worry, Leo. We can help you," Max said.

So, Max and David decided to help Leo with his reading. They would sit with him and sound out the words together. Max would point to the letters, and David would help Leo remember the sounds. They would practice every day after school, and little by little, Leo started to improve.

It wasn't easy, and there were times when Leo felt frustrated. But Max and David always encouraged him and cheered him on. They would tell him, "You can do it, Leo! We believe in you!"

With their help and support, Leo began to feel more confident. He no longer felt ashamed of his dyslexia. He knew that with Max and David by his side, he could overcome any obstacle. And that's exactly what he did.

One day, Leo surprised everyone by reading a whole page from the storybook without any help. Max and David clapped and cheered for him. Leo felt so proud of himself. He realized that with the help of his friends, he could do anything.

The moral of the story is that with the support of friends, you can overcome any obstacle. Leo learned that it's okay to ask for help and that true friends will always be there for you, no matter what.
