# Panda on the Moon

In a bamboo forest lived a panda named Po. Every night, Po would gaze up at the bright, round moon.

"Hello, Moon!" Po would call, waving his black paw. "One day, I shall visit you!"

The other animals laughed when Po shared his dream.

"Pandas can't go to the moon," said Rabbit, twitching her nose. "You're too heavy."

"And you can't fly," added Sparrow, fluttering her wings.

But Po just smiled and munched his bamboo. "I shall find a way," he said.

Po thought and thought. He tried jumping from the tallest tree, but only landed with a soft thump on the grass.

He tried tying balloons to his arms, but his furry body was too heavy.

One evening, while looking at the moon's reflection in the river, Po had a brilliant idea.

The next day, Po collected bamboo, leaves, and vines. He worked all day, building something special.

When night fell, Po proudly showed the animals his creation – a bamboo rocket ship!

"How will that reach the moon?" asked Rabbit.

"Watch," said Po.

Po climbed inside his rocket and began to imagine. In his mind, the rocket rumbled and shook. It rose up, up, up through the clouds, past the stars, all the way to the moon!

In Po's imagination, he bounced on the moon, planted a bamboo flag, and waved to Earth below.

When Po opened his eyes, he was still in his rocket on the ground. But he was smiling.

"Did you go to the moon?" asked Sparrow.

"Yes," said Po. "In here." He tapped his head. "And that's just as wonderful."

From that night on, Po's rocket became a special place where all the forest animals took turns having moon adventures – proving that sometimes the best journeys happen in our imagination.
