Tommy's Bedtime Space Adventure

Once upon a time, a little boy named Tommy was getting ready for bed. He brushed his teeth, put on his pajamas, and hopped into bed. His mom tucked him in and said, "It's time for a bedtime space adventure story!"

Tommy closed his eyes tight and listened as his mom began to tell the story. "Little Boy, Little Boy, hop into bed! It's time for Mom's story to fill your head. Close your eyes tight, let your dreams take flight, We’re off to the stars, in the soft, silver night."

As his mom continued to tell the story, Tommy imagined himself flying through space in a rocket ship. He soared past the clouds and into the sky, waving hello to the moon and the twinkling stars.

"Little Boy, Little Boy, Sun shouts, “HEY!” “Too hot to play? Zoom far away!” Tommy giggled as he imagined the sun talking to him. He flew to a purple land and met friendly aliens who made him laugh.

"Little Boy, Little Boy, Saturn spins around, Rings like slides go round and round. Slide on a ring, then bounce up high, Zoom through the stars and touch the sky." Tommy felt like he was really there, sliding on Saturn's rings and bouncing through the stars.

Finally, it was time to come back home. Tommy's mom whispered softly, "Rocket floats home, flying low. Mom’s voice whispers soft and light— Sleep tight, my love. Good night." Tommy felt sleepy and happy as he snuggled under his blanket.

He closed his eyes and dreamed of his amazing bedtime space adventure. And as he drifted off to sleep, he couldn't wait for the next night when he could have another adventure in his dreams.
