Zara and the Starry Gift: A Friendship Beyond the Moon

Zara loved looking at the stars in the night sky. She would lay on the grass in her backyard and imagine what it would be like to visit the moon. One night, something amazing happened. A tiny alien named Gizmo landed in her backyard in a spaceship that looked like a shiny silver ball.

Gizmo and Zara became fast friends. They bounced on the trampoline, laughed at silly jokes, and played games together. One day, Gizmo gave Zara a special gift. It was a tiny, glowing star.

“Take this with you to the moon, so you’ll always remember me,” Gizmo said.

Zara was over the moon with excitement. She and Gizmo climbed into the spaceship and blasted off into outer space. As they flew higher and higher, Zara could see the earth getting smaller and smaller below them.

When they arrived on the moon, Zara and Gizmo had so much fun exploring. They jumped in the low gravity and did somersaults. They also had a picnic of moon cheese and space juice.

But soon, it was time to go back home. Zara and Gizmo said their goodbyes, and Gizmo gave Zara a big hug before she climbed back into the spaceship.

As Zara flew back to earth, she looked at the tiny star Gizmo had given her. It was still glowing brightly. She held it close and smiled, knowing that she would always have a piece of Gizmo with her.

From that day on, Zara kept the star by her bed. Whenever she missed Gizmo, she would look at the star and remember all the fun they had together on the moon. Zara learned that good memories and true friendships stay with us—even when we're far apart. And she knew that she would always cherish the special bond she shared with her tiny alien friend.
