Swimming into Friendship

Milo was a little sea turtle. He loved to swim and float in the water, but he always played alone. One day, Milo saw sea creatures playing tag. He wanted to join… but he felt shy.

A shiny little fish named Finley swam over. "Hi, Milo!" said Finley. "Come play with us!" Milo took a deep breath and swam with Finley. "You’re fast!" giggled the octopus.

Now Milo plays with his friends every day. And when he sees someone new, he says, "Come play too!"

Moral of the story: It’s okay to feel shy — being kind and brave can help you make friends.

Milo’s New Friends: - Finley the Fish – A shiny, bright-colored fish (yellow or orange). Friendly, confident, and the first to talk to Milo. Helps Milo feel included. - Olive the Octopus – Soft and giggly, with big eyes and wiggly arms. Compliments Milo (“You’re fast!”). Represents joy and friendliness. - Jelly the Jellyfish – Gentle and calm, with floating tentacles. Loves to bounce and play. Adds a soft, magical feel to the group. - Dash the Dolphin – Energetic and playful, loves to swim fast. Cheerful and always splashing around. Adds excitement to the group. - Cora the Crab – A shy crab who is invited by Milo in the last scene. Represents how Milo is now confident and kind.
