Benny's Forest Friends Adventure

Benny's Forest Friends Adventure

Benny was a little girl who loved making new friends. She wasn't bothered whether you were big or small, short or tall, shy or bold, Benny just loved to make friends with everyone. And because she had such an open and friendly personality, she quickly became everyone's friend. One day, Benny wandered into the forest and found herself surrounded by unfamiliar faces. She was nervous at first, but soon enough she struck up a conversation with a curious little squirrel named Sally. Sally and Benny played for hours, running around the forest and laughing until their tummies ached. Benny was thrilled to have made a new friend and decided to try something new by asking Sally if she had any other friends in the forest. Sally told Benny about a group of very shy rabbits who had just moved to the forest and were looking for some friends to play with. Benny didn't hesitate for a second and ran off to find them. When she eventually found the group of rabbits, they were a little hesitant at first, but Benny's infectious smile soon won them over, and they started to play together. They ran around the forest, playing hide and seek and tag, and even built some forts using branches and leaves. Benny was especially having the time of her life because she had never played with rabbits before! But then suddenly, everything changed. Benny's nose started to itch, her eyes became watery, and she sneezed so hard that her socks flew off. One of the rabbits looked at her in alarm and said, "Benny, are you okay?" Benny realized that she was experiencing an allergic reaction to something in the forest. She had to go home to get her inhaler and anti-allergy medicine. Benny went home and returned with her medicine, relieved to find that her new friends had been patiently waiting for her. Benny had played with many animals before, but it never occurred to her that she might be allergic to some of them. The moral of the story is to always try something new, but also to be cautious and prepared for whatever might happen. Sometimes, even though we might really like someone, we need to be careful in case they might have something that could harm us. Benny learned that day to be a little bit more careful about who she plays with, but also to never stop being open and friendly to new people (and animals!) she encounters.
