Bella and the Gentle Beast

Bella and the Gentle Beast

In a small town, there lived a beautiful girl named Bella. Bella was the most stunning girl in town, with skin as soft as a sunflower petal and hair as golden as the sunset. Everyone in town was in awe of her beauty, and all the boys in her school would gather around her, trying to impress her with their fancy cars and cool clothes.

Despite all of the attention she received, Bella felt lonely. She was tired of all the boys who only saw her as a trophy, and she longed for someone who would love her for who she truly was.

One day, as she was walking home from school, she stumbled upon a strange old mansion on the edge of town. The mansion was rundown and looked like it hadn't been lived in for years. As she was admiring the architecture from the outside, a voice suddenly bellowed from the mansion's gate.

"Who goes there?" said the voice.

Bella was scared at first, but as she looked carefully, she spotted a large and hairy figure peeking out of the gate. She realized it was the Beast.

The Beast was once a handsome prince, but a witch cast a curse on him, turning him into the beast he was now. He lived alone in the mansion for many years, and his appearance scared everyone away.

"Please don't hurt me!" begged Bella.

The Beast looked at her with his beady eyes and said, "I won't hurt you. Come closer."

Bella cautiously walked towards the gate. As she got closer, she could smell a delicious aroma coming from inside the mansion.

"I have cooked a feast for you," said the Beast. "Please come in and join me."

Although Bella was scared, her stomach led her decision, and she decided to accept the Beast's invitation to dinner.

As they sat down to eat, the Beast told Bella all about his curse, and how he longed to break it. Bella listened with compassion and soon realized that the Beast was not as scary as he appeared.

As they finished their meal, the Beast asked Bella if she would stay the night. Bella was hesitant at first, but the Beast promised to keep her safe. Bella knew her parents would be worried, but she decided to stay.

As the night went on, the Beast told Bella more about himself, and she told him about her life. They laughed and talked till it was late. Bella was surprised to discover that she felt more comfortable around the Beast than she ever did around any of the boys at school.

The next morning, Bella awoke to find that the Beast had left her a beautiful present. It was a rose, and it was the most beautiful thing Bella had ever seen. She realized that the Beast had a kind heart and was not as scary as she thought. She felt fortunate to have met him.

As Bella prepared to leave, the Beast asked her if she would come back to visit him someday. Bella promised she would, and gave the Beast a hug goodbye.

A few days later, Bella was walking home from school when she overheard two boys talking.

"If only Bella would give me a chance," said one boy.

"I hear she spent the night with the beast," said another.

Bella was angry and burst out laughing. She realized that the thing that scared her most used to be something that everyone thought was desirable, but that the beast was something special and unique.

From that day on, Bella didn't care about what the boys said or thought about her. She focused on being true to herself and on her relationship with the Beast. Sometimes, the things that scare us aren't so scary after all, and the people that others see as beasts may turn out to be the best thing that ever happened to us.
