Kenji and the Careful Course

Kenji, the curious ninja boy, had a big idea! He wanted to build the fastest, most amazing ninja obstacle course ever. He imagined jumping over high walls and swinging across wide gaps.

"I'll build it super fast!" Kenji said, grabbing colorful blocks and long ropes. He stacked the blocks quickly, one on top of the other.

His little sister, Suki, watched him. She had messy blonde hair and a sweet smile. "Maybe we should draw a plan first?" she asked, holding a crayon. "We could add flowers!"

But Kenji was too excited. He just kept piling and tying. The course grew tall, but it wobbled more and more with each new piece. It looked like a tower of wobbly jelly!

Suddenly, with a big "WHOOSH!" and a "CLATTER!", Kenji's super-fast course tumbled down. Blocks rolled everywhere, and ropes lay in a heap. Kenji felt a big frown come to his face.

Suki came over and patted his arm. "It's okay, Kenji," she said. "Let's plan it carefully this time. I can draw where the flowers go, and you can ask all your clever questions!"

Kenji thought about it. He asked, "How can we make it super strong?" Suki used her crayon to draw sturdy pillars and strong knots.

Just then, Koru, their tall ninja dad, came to help. He showed them how to tie the ropes extra tight and make the blocks stand firm. Together, they built a new course. It took more time, but this course was strong and perfect for ninja adventures! Kenji learned that sometimes, taking your time and working with others makes everything much better.
